Wow – what a wonderful day! We just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who came out to celebrate our Grand Re-Opening this past Saturday. The weather was not as beautiful as we had hoped it would be, but it was encouraging to christen the new space with such strong community support.
We had amazing food & refreshments from Twisted Laurel, Maggie B’s, Allgood Coffee, Well Bred Bakery, The Glass Onion, & Asheville Brewing Company, along with great raffles from Rodney’s Auto Service, Miya Gallery, Twisted Laurel, & Maggie B’s.
We received so many heartfelt compliments on the remodel and we are proud beyond words of how the space looks. The handcrafted, custom furniture pieces and shelving from Pride & Archive are functional art and we are so thankful to Summer and Mason for making the space as unique as it is beautiful.
Designed by our founder, Dr. Kim Walters, and our lead optician, Summer Cooley, the remodel has been a labor of love and collaboration with other local businesses including Weaverville Signs & Graphix, Sineath Construction, Matrix Metalwork & Design, and Melting Mountain Pottery.
